SIGN OF TANIT:
The sign of Tanit found on various media, from jewelry to mosaics, appears as a trapezoid closed at the top by a horizontal line and topped in the middle by a circle; the horizontal arms are often interrupted either by two small vertical lines at right angles to them or by hooks. Later, the trapezoid was sometimes replaced by an isosceles triangle.
